    1 Offer dates subject to change, available for new cardmembers through March 27, 2022. One-time 20,000 bonus points will be awarded if you are approved for a new U.S. Bank Altitude Go Visa Signature Card and eligible Net Purchases totaling $1,000 or more are made to your account within 90 days after account opening.     3 An automatic statement credit of $15 per 12-month period will be applied to your U.S. Bank Altitude Go Visa Signature Card within 2 statement billing cycles following 11 consecutive calendar months of eligible streaming service purchases, such as Netflix, Hulu, Apple Music, if the account is in good standing (open and able to use). U.S. Bank cannot control how merchants choose to classify their business or transactions and reserves the right to determine which purchases are eligible. We reserve the right to adjust or reverse any portion or all of any streaming services credit for unauthorized purchases or transaction credits.
