    1 To receive this one-time $150 reward, you must apply for a qualifying new U.S. Bank Credit Card between January 25 - March 28, 2021 and then be subsequently approved. Additionally, you must make Net Purchases totaling at least $500 to your new card within 90 days from account opening. Net purchases are purchases minus credits and returns. Balance transfers, cash advances or other account advances do not qualify as purchases. Existing and previous Cash+™ Visa Signature® Card accounts and all other cards not listed are not eligible for reward. One promotional offer per person, per household is permitted. $150 reward for consumer card may not be combined with other offers. Please allow 6-8 weeks after you have met the spend requirement for your reward to be credited to your rewards balance. Offers are available to all legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older.

    2 Rewards are earned through eligible net purchases. Net purchases are purchases minus credits and returns. Not all transactions are eligible to earn rewards, such as Advances, Balance Transfers, and Convenience Checks; upon approval, see your Cardmember Agreement for details. Cash back is redeemed in the form of a statement credit or a deposit made to your U.S. Bank Savings, Checking or Money Market Account based on your designation, or as a U.S. Bank Rewards Card ($25 minimum).  Cash back rewards will expire at the end of the calendar month 36 months after the billing cycle in which they were earned.  You may not redeem Cash back, and you will immediately lose all your Cash back, if your Account is closed to future transactions (including, but not limited to, due to Program misuse, failure to pay, bankruptcy, or death). Cardmember must enroll each quarter into categories of their choice, or all net purchases will earn no more than 1% cash back. Categories subject to change quarterly. Transactions qualify for 5% or 2% cash back based on how merchants classify the transaction. As U.S. Bank cannot control how merchants choose to classify transactions, U.S. Bank cannot guarantee a transaction will qualify. Upon approval, full details will be provided in your Cardmember Agreement.
