    U.S. Bank may change APRs, fees and other account terms in the future based on your experience with U.S. Bank National Association and its affiliates as provided under the cardmember agreement and applicable law.

    1 Offer dates subject to change, available through August 1, 2021. Offer valid only for the U.S. Bank Business Cash Rewards World Elite™ Mastercard® issued pursuant to an application received from January 25, 2021 through August 1, 2021. A one-time $500 cash back award will be credited to your account when you are approved for the U.S. Bank Cash Rewards World Elite™ Mastercard® and after eligible Net Purchases totaling $3,000 or more are made to your account in the first 90 days of account opening. Only Net Purchases made on the Account Owner's individual account is eligible for the $500 cash back award when spend requirements are met for new accounts booked during the promotional period. Please allow 8-10 weeks after you have met the spend requirement for your cash back to be credited to your Account. Cash Rewards may be redeemed as a statement credit, U.S. Bank Rewards Card, or deposited to your U.S. Bank business checking, savings or money market account. Offer may not be combined with any other offer. Spend on multiple cards may not be combined to meet the requirement.

    2 The 0% introductory APR applies to purchases and is valid for the first 12 billing cycles. The 0% introductory APR applies to balance transfers made within 30 days of account opening and is valid for the first 12 billing cycles. The introductory rate does not apply to cash advances. Thereafter, the APR may vary and as of 3/29/21, the undiscounted variable APR for Purchases and Balance Transfers is 13.99%-22.99% (based on your creditworthiness). The variable APR for Cash Advances is 25.99%. The Penalty APR is 29.99%. Cash Advance fee: 5% of each advance amount, $10 minimum. Convenience Check fee: 3% of each check amount, $5 minimum. Cash Equivalent fee: 4% of each cash amount, $20 minimum. Balance Transfer fee: 3% of each transfer amount, $5 minimum. There is a $2 minimum interest charge where interest is due. The annual fee is $0. Foreign Transaction fee: 3% of each foreign purchase transaction or foreign ATM advance transaction in U.S. Dollars/Foreign Currency. We apply your payments to balances with lower APRs first. We may change APRs, fees, and other Account terms in the future based on your experience with U.S. Bank National Association and its affiliates as provided under the Cardmember. Agreement and applicable law. The rate will end early and increase to the APR for Purchases and Balance Transfers or to a Penalty Rate APR if you make a late payment, make a payment that is returned, or your account exceeds its credit limit.

    3 An annual bonus equal to 25% of your prior year's cash rewards, with your U.S. Bank Business Cash Rewards World Elite Mastercard, up to a maximum of $250, will be awarded following your cash rewards enrollment anniversary date. Full details will be provided when you become a cardmember.

    4 U.S. Bank Business Cash Rewards World Elite Mastercard cardmembers may earn three percent (3%) cash back on Net Purchases (purchases minus credit and returns) at gas stations, office supply stores and cell phone/service providers. All other Net Purchases may earn one percent (1%) cash back. Transactions qualify for cash back based on how merchants classify the transaction. U.S Bank cannot control how merchants choose to classify their business and reserves the right to determine which purchases will qualify. Purchases of gasoline greater than $200 will not be deemed to be a purchase of automotive gasoline and as such will earn a reward of 1%.
