U.S. Bank may change APRs, fees and other account terms in the future based on your experience with U.S. Bank National Association and its affiliates as provided under the Cardmember Agreement and applicable law.

Net purchases are purchases minus credits and returns. Not all transactions are considered to be Purchases and eligible to earn cash back, such as transactions posting as Convenience Checks; Balance Transfers; Advances (including ATM withdrawals, wire transfers, traveler's checks, money orders, foreign cash transactions, betting transactions, and lottery tickets); interest charges and fees; credit insurance premiums; and transactions to (i) fund certain prepaid card products, (ii) buy currency from the U.S. Mint, or (iii) buy cash convertible items. See your Cardmember Agreement for details. A purchase will not earn additional points if the merchant's selected code is in a category that is not eligible for additional cash back earning. We do not determine the category codes that merchants choose and reserve the right to determine which purchases qualify for additional cash back.

Account must be open and in good standing (not past due or overlimit) on the closing date of the billing cycle to earn and redeem rewards and benefits. Subject to applicable law, you may not redeem points, and you will immediately lose all of your cash back, if your Account is closed to future transactions (including, but not limited to, due to Program misuse, failure to pay, bankruptcy, or death). Please refer to your Cardmember Agreement or Rewards Program Rules in the online Rewards Center by logging into usbank.com for additional information.

    1. One-time $500 cash back will be awarded if eligible Net Purchases totaling $4,500 or more are made to the Account Owner's Card within 150 days from account opening. The Account Owner's Card is the card assigned to the initial applicant of the account and would not include cards used by authorized employees. Please allow 8-10 weeks after you have met the spend requirement for your cash back to be credited to your Account. Cash Rewards may be redeemed as a statement credit, U.S. Bank Rewards Card, or deposited to your U.S. Bank business checking, savings or money market account. A statement credit will not satisfy the minimum payment requirement. Offer may not be combined with any other offer. Subject to credit approval.

    2. Maximum Cash Rewards value applies to Cash Rewards redeemed for a statement credit or deposit into an eligible U.S. Bank Account. The redemption value may be different if you choose to redeem your Cash Rewards for other rewards such as a U.S. Bank Rewards Card. Other restrictions apply. Establishment or ownership of a U.S. Bank Account or other relationship with U.S. Bank is not required to obtain a card or to be eligible to use Cash Rewards to obtain any rewards offered under the program. Minimum redemption amounts may vary and are subject to change without notice.

    3. The 0% introductory APR applies to purchases and is valid for the first 12 billing cycles. The 0% introductory APR applies to balance transfers made within 30 days of account opening and is valid for the first 12 billing cycles. Thereafter, the APR may vary and the current undiscounted variable APR for purchases and balance transfers is 17.99% - 26.99% (based on your creditworthiness). The variable APR for Cash Advances is 31.24%. Cash Advance fee: 5% of each advance amount, $10 minimum. Convenience Check fee: 5% of each check amount, $5 minimum. Cash Equivalent fee: 5% of each cash amount, $10 minimum. Balance transfer fees of 5% of each transfer amount ($5 minimum) apply. There is a $1 minimum interest charge where interest is due. Annual fee: $0. Foreign Transaction fee: 3% of each foreign purchase transaction or foreign ATM advance transaction in U.S. Dollars. 3% of each foreign purchase transaction or foreign ATM advance transaction in a Foreign Currency. U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Fees: A monthly fee not to exceed 1.6% of the original principal amount in an U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Plan or U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Loan. This fixed fee is disclosed upon enrollment and charged each month that you owe the applicable ExtendPay balance. ExtendPay® Fees are calculated based upon the original principal amount, Purchase APR, and other factors. The rate will end early and increase to the APR for Purchases and Balance Transfers or to a Penalty Rate APR if you make a late payment, make a payment that is returned, or your account exceeds its credit limit. When you make a payment, the amount up to your Minimum Payment is applied first to the monthly payment obligation for ExtendPay® Plans and ExtendPay® Loans if any, and then to non-Fixed Payment Program balances in the order of the lowest to highest APR. Any amount over your Minimum Payment is applied to non-Fixed Payment Program balances in the order of lowest to highest APR before applying to Fixed Payment Program balances.

    4. Balance transfer transactions from other U.S. Bank National Association accounts are not permitted. Balance transfers submitted at time of application will be held for 10 days before processing.

    5. Cardmembers will earn 1% cash back for every $1 spent in Net Purchases. Net Purchases are Purchases minus credits and returns. You will earn 5% cash back (1% base cash back and 4% bonus cash back) for every $1 spent in eligible Net Purchases spent on prepaid car and hotel reservations in the Rewards Center using your Triple Cash Rewards card. You will earn three percent (3%) cash back for every $1 spent in eligible Net Purchases at restaurants/restaurant delivery, office supply stores, cell phone service providers, and gas and electric vehicle charging stations excluding wholesale clubs and discount stores/supercenters such as Target and Walmart. Purchases of gasoline or electric vehicle charging greater than $200 will not be deemed to be a purchase of automotive fuel and as such will earn a reward of 1%. Cash Rewards will expire if there is no reward, purchase, or balance activity on your account for 12 consecutive statement cycles. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for rewards to be credited to your Account.
