One-time $600 cash back will be awarded if you are approved for the U.S. Bank Triple Cash Rewards Visa® Business Card and eligible Net Purchases totaling $4,500 or more are made to the Account Owner's Card within 150 days from account opening. The Account Owner's Card is the card assigned to the initial applicant of the account and would not include cards used by authorized employees. Please allow 8-10 weeks after you have met the spend requirement for your cash back to be credited to your Account. Cash Rewards may be redeemed as a statement credit, U.S. Bank Rewards Card, or deposited to your U.S. Bank business checking, savings or money market account. A statement credit will not satisfy the minimum payment requirement. Offer may not be combined with any other offer. Subject to credit approval.

    2. The 0% introductory APR applies to purchases and is valid for the first 15 billing cycles. The 0% introductory APR applies to balance transfers made within 30 days of account opening and is valid for the first 15 billing cycles. The introductory rate does not apply to cash advances. The APR may vary. Thereafter the current variable APR for Purchases and Balance Transfers is 19.24% - 28.24% (based on creditworthiness). The variable APR for Cash Advances is 29.99%. When you make a payment, the amount up to your Minimum Payment is applied first to the monthly payment obligation for ExtendPay® Plans and ExtendPay® Loans if any, and then to non-Fixed Payment Program balances in the order of the lowest to highest APR. Any amount over your Minimum Payment is applied to non-Fixed Payment Program balances in the order of lowest to highest APR before applying to Fixed Payment Program balances.

    3. Balance Transfer Information: Balance Transfer transactions from other U.S. Bank National Association accounts are not permitted.

    4. Earn three percent (3%) cash back on Net Purchases at restaurants/restaurant delivery, gas stations, electric vehicle charging stations, office supply stores and cell phone service providers. All other Net Purchases may earn one percent (1%) cash back. Cardmembers will earn an additional 4% cash back above base earn for every $1 in eligible Net Purchases spent on prepaid car and hotel reservations in the travel rewards center using your U.S. Bank Triple Cash Card. Please allow 1-2 statement billing cycles for your cash back reward to appear on your credit card statement. Transactions qualify for cash back based on how merchants classify the transaction. U.S. Bank cannot control how merchants choose to classify their business and reserves the right to determine which Purchases will qualify. Purchases of gasoline or electric vehicle charging greater than $200 will not be deemed to be a Purchase of automotive fuel and as such will earn a reward of 1%. Subject to applicable law, you may not redeem cash back, and you will immediately lose all of your earned cash back rewards, if your account is closed to future transactions (including, but not limited to, due to Program misuse, fraudulent activities, failure to pay, bankruptcy, or death). Cash back may be redeemed as a statement credit, U.S. Bank Rewards Card, or deposited to your U.S. Bank business checking, savings or money market account.
