    Net Purchases are purchases minus credits and returns. The date that a transaction is made may not be the same date that a transaction posts to your Account, and we cannot control when a merchant posts a transaction to your Account. Not all transactions are considered to be Purchases and eligible to earn rewards, such as transactions posting as Convenience Checks; Balance Transfers; Advances (including ATM withdrawals, wire transfers, traveler's checks, money orders, foreign cash transactions, betting transactions, and lottery tickets); interest charges and fees; credit insurance premiums; and transactions to (i) fund certain prepaid card products, (ii) buy currency from the U.S. Mint, or (iii) buy cash convertible items. Purchases qualify for rewards based on how merchants choose to classify their business and we reserve the right to determine which purchases qualify.

    1. One-time $750 cash back will be awarded if you are approved for the U.S. Bank Triple Cash Rewards Visa® Business Card and eligible Net Purchases totaling $6,000 or more are made to the Account Owner's Card within 180 days from account opening. The Account Owner's Card is the card assigned to the initial applicant of the account and would not include cards used by authorized employees. Please allow 8-10 weeks after you have met the spend requirement for your cash back to be credited to your Account. Cash Rewards may be redeemed as a statement credit, U.S. Bank Rewards Card, or deposited to your U.S. Bank business checking, savings or money market account. A statement credit will not satisfy the minimum payment requirement. Offer may not be combined with any other offer. Subject to credit approval.

    2. The 0% introductory APR applies to purchases and is valid for the first 12 billing cycles. The introductory rate does not apply to balance transfers or cash advances. Thereafter, the APR may vary. The current undiscounted variable APR for Purchases is 18.99% to 27.99% (based on your creditworthiness) and the current variable APR for Balance Transfers is 18.99% to 27.99% (based on your creditworthiness). The variable APR for Cash Advances is 32.24%. Cash Advance fee: 5% of each advance amount, $10 minimum. Convenience Check fee: 3% of each check amount, $5 minimum. Cash Equivalent fee: 5% of each cash amount, $10 minimum. Balance transfer fees of 3% of each transfer amount ($5 minimum) apply. There is a $1 minimum interest charge where interest is due. Annual fee: $0. Foreign Transaction fee: 3% of each foreign purchase transaction or foreign ATM advance transaction in U.S. Dollars. 3% of each foreign purchase transaction or foreign ATM advance transaction in a Foreign Currency. U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Fees: A monthly fee not to exceed 1.6% of the original principal amount in an U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Plan or U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Loan. This fixed fee is disclosed upon enrollment and charged each month that you owe the applicable ExtendPay balance. ExtendPay® Fees are calculated based upon the original principal amount, Purchase APR, and other factors. The rate will end early and increase to the APR for Purchases and Balance Transfers or to a Penalty Rate APR if you make a late payment, make a payment that is returned, or your account exceeds its credit limit. When you make a payment, the amount up to your Minimum Payment is applied first to the monthly payment obligation for ExtendPay® Plans and ExtendPay® Loans if any, and then to non-Fixed Payment Program balances in the order of the lowest to highest APR. Any amount over your Minimum Payment is applied to non-Fixed Payment Program balances in the order of lowest to highest APR before applying to Fixed Payment Program balances.

    3. Earn three percent (3%) cash back on Net Purchases at restaurants/restaurant delivery, gas stations, electric vehicle charging stations, office supply stores and cell phone service providers. All other Net Purchases may earn one percent (1%) cash back. Cardmembers will earn an additional 4% cash back above base earn for every $1 in eligible Net Purchases spent on prepaid car and hotel reservations in the travel rewards center using your U.S. Bank Triple Cash Card. Please allow 1-2 statement billing cycles for your cash back reward to appear on your credit card statement. Transactions qualify for cash back based on how merchants classify the transaction. U.S. Bank cannot control how merchants choose to classify their business and reserves the right to determine which Purchases will qualify. Purchases of gasoline or electric vehicle charging greater than $200 will not be deemed to be a Purchase of automotive fuel and as such will earn a reward of 1%. Subject to applicable law, you may not redeem cash back, and you will immediately lose all of your earned cash back rewards, if your account is closed to future transactions (including, but not limited to, due to Program misuse, fraudulent activities, failure to pay, bankruptcy, or death). Cash back may be redeemed as a statement credit, U.S. Bank Rewards Card, or deposited to your U.S. Bank business checking, savings or money market account. The amount of Rewards that may accumulate for your Account is unlimited. Rewards accumulated are non-expiring, subject to conditions set for herein.
