In order to be eligible for the One-time $250 bonus, you will need to spend a minimum of $2,000 in Net Purchases on your new U.S. Bank Shopper Cash Rewards Visa Signature Card within 120 days after Account opening. Cash Rewards are earned on eligible Net Purchases. Please allow 6-8 weeks for your bonus cash rewards to be credited to your Account. The bonus is not available to Cardmembers who currently have, or had, a U.S. Bank Shopper Cash Rewards Visa Signature account. Use of the Card is subject to terms and conditions of the U.S. Bank Shopper Cash Rewards Visa Signature Cardmember Agreement, which is provided at Account opening and may be amended from time to time. Cash Advance fee: 5% of each advance amount, $10 minimum. Convenience Check fee: 3% of each check amount, $5 minimum. Cash Equivalent fee: 5% of each cash amount, $10 minimum. Balance Transfer fee: 3% of each transfer amount, $5 minimum. There is a $1 minimum interest charge where interest is due. Foreign Transaction fee: 3% of each foreign purchase transaction or foreign ATM advance transaction in U.S. Dollars. 3% of each foreign purchase transaction or foreign ATM advance transaction in a Foreign Currency. U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Fees: A monthly fee not to exceed 1.6% of the original principal amount in an U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Plan or U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Loan. This fixed fee is disclosed upon enrollment and charged each month that you owe the applicable ExtendPay balance. U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Fees are calculated based upon the original principal amount, Purchase APR, and other factors. When you make a payment, the amount up to your Minimum Payment is applied first to the monthly payment obligation for U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Plans and U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Loans if any, and then to non-Fixed Payment Program balances in the order of the lowest to highest APR. Any amount over your Minimum Payment is applied to balances in the order of highest to lowest APR.

    3. You must enroll each quarter into two retailers and one purchase category of your choice, or all Net Purchases will earn no more than 1.5% Cash back. Allow up to 3 business days for registration to take effect before you will be eligible to earn 3% Cash Rewards and 6% Cash Rewards. You will earn 6% Cash back on your first $1,500 in combined Net Purchases at your two chosen 6% retailers. You will earn 3% Cash back on your first $1,500 in Net Purchases in your chosen 3% category. There are no limits on your 1.5% Cash Rewards earnings. During any calendar quarter in which you spend more than $1,500 combined at your two 6% retailers, you will earn 1.5% Cash Rewards for any additional spend at those retailers during that quarter. During any calendar quarter in which you spend more than $1,500 in your one 3% category, you will earn 1.5% Cash Rewards for any additional spend in that category during that quarter. Transactions qualify for 6% or 3% Cash Rewards based on how merchants classify the transaction. Merchants that accept Visa credit cards are assigned a merchant code, determined by the merchant or its processor. U.S. Bank makes every effort to include all relevant merchant category codes in its listed Retailer and Purchase Categories. As U.S. Bank cannot control how merchants choose to classify transactions, we cannot guarantee a transaction will qualify for 3% and 6% Cash Rewards. Merchant subsidiary purchases and third-party delivery services are not eligible for additional Cash Rewards earning and will earn 1.5% Cash Rewards. Purchases not eligible for additional Cash Rewards earning will earn 1.5% Cash Rewards. Cash Rewards Retailers and Purchase Categories are subject to change quarterly. In addition to earning 1.5% Cash Rewards for every $1 in eligible Net Purchases, Shopper Cash Rewards Cardmembers will earn an additional 4% Cash Rewards for every $1 in eligible Net Purchases spent on prepaid car and hotel reservations in the Rewards Center using your Shopper Cash Rewards card.
