    U.S. Bank may change APRs, fees and other Account terms in the future based on your experience with U.S. Bank National Association and its affiliates as provided under the Cardmember Agreement and applicable law.

    1 50,000 bonus Points: One-time 50,000 bonus Points will be awarded if you are approved for a new U.S. Bank Altitude Reserve Visa Infinite Card and eligible Net Purchases totaling $4,500 or more are made to your Account within 90 days after Account opening. Points are earned on eligible Net Purchases. Net Purchases are purchases minus credits and returns. Rewards are earned based on eligible net purchases. Not all transactions are eligible to earn rewards, such as Advances, Balance Transfers, and Convenience Checks; upon approval, see your Cardmember Agreement for details. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your bonus Points to be credited to your Account. The bonus is not available to Cardmembers who currently have, or had, a U.S. Bank Altitude Reserve Visa Infinite account. Use of the Card is subject to terms and conditions of the U.S. Bank Altitude Reserve Visa Infinite Cardmember Agreement, which is provided at Account opening and may be amended from time to time. This offer may not be combined with any other bonus offer.

    2 The APR may vary and as of 3/16/20, the variable APR for purchases and balance transfers is 16.24% (based on your creditworthiness). The variable APR for cash advances is 24.49%. Cash advance fee: 4% of each advance amount, $10 minimum. Convenience check fee: 3% of each check amount, $5 minimum. Cash equivalent fee: 4% of each cash amount, $20 minimum. Balance transfer fee: 3% of each transfer amount, $5 minimum. There is a $2 minimum interest charge where interest is due. The annual fee is $400; $75 for each additional card. Foreign transaction fee: 0% of each foreign purchase transaction or foreign ATM advance transaction in U.S. Dollars. 0% for each foreign purchase transaction or foreign ATM advance transaction in a foreign currency.

    3 Rewards are earned on eligible Net Purchases. Net Purchases are Purchases minus credits and returns. Not all transactions are eligible for rewards, such as Advances, Balance Transfers and Convenience Checks. Upon approval, please refer to the materials received with your new card and the Program Rules in the online Rewards Center by logging in to usbank.com for additional information. Account must be open and current (that is, no Minimum Payment is past due) on the closing date of the billing cycle in order to earn and redeem Points. Merchants identify their business by selecting a merchant category code established by Visa. A Purchase will not earn additional Points if the merchant's selected code is in a category that is not eligible for additional Points earning. U.S. Bank does not determine the category codes that merchants choose and reserves the right to determine which Purchases qualify for additional Points. We reserve the right to adjust the number of P oints for Purchases or to stop issuing Points for Purchases on the Account, upon notice to you. Use of the Card is subject to terms and conditions of the U.S. Bank Altitude Reserve Visa Infinite Cardmember Agreement, which may be amendedfrom time to time. U.S. Bank Altitude Reserve Visa Infinite Cardmembers will earn one (1) Point for every $1 in eligible Net Purchases. In addition, you will earn additional Points for the following Net Purchases: You will earn four (4) additional bonus Points for every $1 in eligible Net Purchases spent on prepaid car and hotel reservations purchased in the online Altitude Rewards Center using your U.S. Bank Altitude Reserve Card. Prepaid car and hotel reservations in the Rewards Center are not classified as a travel category merchant transaction and are not eligible to receive the additional Points for that category. Please allow 1–2 statement billing cycles for your bonus Points to appear on your credit card statement. Refer to the Rewards Center for full details. You will earn two (2) additional Points for every $1 in eligible Net Purchases during each billing cycle for transactions made directly with merchants who classify their business as a travel category transaction (such as purchases made directly with airlines, hotels, car rentals, taxicabs, limousines, passenger trains and cruise line companies), and for transactions using a mobile wallet. "Mobile wallet" is defined as the method of paying for a transaction by use of a mobile device (in-store, in-app or online) and includes ApplePay®, Samsung Pay, Google Pay™ and LG Pay. If the transaction is an eligible mobile wallet transaction and an eligible travel category transaction, additional Points will only be awarded for one of the transaction types (Points will be applied as mobile wallet, not travel). Between 6/1/2020 and 12/31/2020 you will earn a total of two (2) additional points for every $1 in eligible Net Purchases made from any merchant classified as a restaurant, fast-food restaurant or bar. If the transaction is an eligible mobile wallet transaction and an eligible dining category transaction, additional points will only be awarded for one transaction type (points will be applied as mobile wallet, not dining).

    4 Automatic statement credit(s) totaling up to $325 will be applied to your Account when it is used for purchases made directly from a merchant that classifies itself as travel (such as airlines, hotels, car rentals, taxicabs, limousines, passenger trains and cruise line companies). In addition to travel purchases, between 6/1/2020 and 12/31/2020 Purchases made from any merchant classified as a restaurant or bar will qualify toward the current $325 annual travel credit. Credit(s) will be applied to the Account within 2-3 business days after the purchase posts to the Account. Account is eligible to receive a total credit amount of up to $325 per Cardmember year (based on Account opening date). U.S. Bank cannot control how merchants choose to classify their business or transactions and reserves the right to determine which purchases are eligible. We reserve the right to adjust or reverse any travel credit due to transaction credits or unauthorized purchases.
